Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa
A water point on wheels
In an underserved district of Port Elizabeth, where the few clean sources are overstressed, World Vision South Africa runs a trailer-mounted GEN-M — a mobile water point that goes to the people instead of waiting for pipes.

Gaza Strip
The first water from air in Abassan Al-Kabira
In December 2019, a GEN-M was inaugurated in the town’s municipal building — the first atmospheric water generator in Gaza, introduced with the Arava Institute and its Palestinian partners. With the local grid unreliable, the unit produces hundreds of liters of drinking water a day on a mix of solar panels and grid electricity.

Cambodia
Into the national health system
GEN-M units stand at Calmette Hospital and at Kantha Bopha, Cambodia’s largest public children’s hospital — each providing up to 800 liters of drinking water a day. A third, truck-mounted unit was handed to the Cambodian Red Cross by the First Lady, its chairperson, to carry water to the sites of floods and disasters.

Kerala, India
After the flood, the water stayed
When the 2018 floods contaminated the sources around Parumala Seminary, a large-scale unit arrived through the TATA Trust — and 200 to 300 people have drawn water from it daily ever since. Asked to keep the machine running past the emergency, Watergen said yes.
“The machine is providing uninterrupted pure drinking water to hundreds and thousands of people every day.”

La Guajira, Colombia
A school of 1,500 in the desert
In Colombia’s driest department, two GEN-M units supply the San Antonio de Aremasain boarding school with clean drinking water for 1,500 Wayuu students — installed with Watergen’s partner TX Soluciones, at an event attended by the Israeli ambassador.
